Please Follow the steps below to access online entries.
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ALL BREEDS HORSE SHOW (see bottom of the page for forms)
Additionally, we will still accept paper entries this year, too!
PLEASE DO NOT enter both online and on paper!!

Go to www.fairentry.com

Click on Find Your Fair at the top of the page

You can search by keyword “cattaraugus” and make sure to select 2024 Cattaraugus County Fair (Open)

If you already have an account through FairEntry, sign in. If you do not, please create an account PER FAMILY with an email address that you use/check regularly as you will need to verify your account once it is created.

Once you have verified your account you may see a screen that says “create new invoice” or it will go directly to the Exhibitors/Entries/Payment screen. If it says “create new invoice” click that and that will direct you to the Exhibitors/Entries/Payment screen.

Make sure you are on the Exhibitors tab (found at the top) and you will either register a new exhibitor or choose to create an entry (typically there if you already have a Fair Entry account).

As accounts are registered per family, you can add all the exhibitors and then proceed to their individual entries.

You can start making entries on the Entries tab. This will show all the exhibitors registered and then you can select Add An Entry.

This will start your entry process and should walk you through each area/species you would like to enter. Please read carefully!

When you have completed your entries, click on the Payment tab. A summary of $0.00 should show for Domestic Entries, a grand total will show for Livestock Entries

Agree to Terms will be your last step before you hit submit.

A Thank You message should appear and you should receive a confirmation email with your entries.

If you have any problems, please contact us with a detailed email outlining where you got stuck in the entry process - info@cattarauguscofair.com We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not email/message/call several times about the same problem as there are multiple people answering questions.

If you have multiple animals of the same species, you will have to create an entry for each individual animal in that specie.

If you have trouble registering your email, you may already have a FairEntry account. Try logging in before you reach out to us and if you still can’t access your account or create a new one, let us know and we’ll see what is going on.

Once you submit entries, you cannot submit any more until we go in and approve/reject your previous ones. Once we do you will “begin work on a new invoice” to add entries.
Domestic Entries
Antiques, arts/crafts, collections, photography, needlework, quilts - must be in Saturday, July 20 between 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
(weekend prior to fair)
Culinary must be in Sunday, July 21 between 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Vegetables, flowers, farm products- must be delivered Friday, July 26 between 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.
